Penrith and Eden Museum proudly presents their Spring exhibition (March to June) featuring work by artist Sarah Jane Bellwood Inheritance: A Closer Look at Some Collected Things.  Sarah has long standing connections with the Eden area and grew up in Sandford village.  Her work is inspired by collected, found and closely observed material including domestic utensils like cutlery and sewing equipment and natural history relating in particular to insects, botany and birds.  Sarah’s work is for sale in London and New York (through Panter and Hall) and the works in the exhibition can be purchased (where indicated). She is working towards a solo show in Mayfair next year.  Entry to Penrith and Eden Museum is free.
