The Suicide Safer Eden group is holding a public meeting at 7.00 pm at Penrith Rugby Club. There will be sessions on reducing stress and improving mental wellbeing and discussions on how local people can help prevent suicide. There will be a market place where people can get useful information about the support that is available in Eden.
